Monica is a neuro-affirming and diversity-affirming Speech Pathologist who is committed to providing respectful, client-centred therapy that values each person’s unique strengths, communication style, and lived experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences from Macquarie University and a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Monica has several years of experience working across a range of settings, including private practice, and with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults with diverse communication needs.

Her clinical experience includes supporting speech, language, literacy, social communication, fluency, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Monica is passionate about creating engaging and supportive therapy environments that empower clients and their families to achieve meaningful, functional communication goals.

She takes a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy, working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure support is practical, relevant, and embedded in everyday life.

Monica is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertakes additional training to further strengthen her clinical skills and evidence-based practice.
